Are you having problems logging on? Do you think you might have fallen victim to a scam? Here's a quick reminder of the main internet security rules you should follow.
If you encounter one of the following:
- You receive a fake e-mail or discover a website that impersonates Societe Generale's website
- You receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your bank card number
- You receive an e-mail asking for your log-on details for our website
We advise that you:
- Do not click on any links
- Do not try to open attachments
- Do not reply to these e-mails
- Do not call any phone numbers shown in such e-mails
- Contact our helpdesk:

- by phone on: (+352) 47 93 11 5555 (from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday).
- Delete these e-mails
- Change your password immediately
