Are you having problems logging on? Do you think you might have fallen victim to a scam? Here's a quick reminder of the main internet security rules you should follow.

If you encounter one of the following:

  • You receive a fake e-mail or discover a website that impersonates Societe Generale's website
  • You receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your bank card number
  • You receive an e-mail asking for your log-on details for our website

We advise that you:

  • Do not click on any links
  • Do not try to open attachments
  • Do not reply to these e-mails
  • Do not call any phone numbers shown in such e-mails
  • Contact our helpdesk:

  • Delete these e-mails
  • Change your password immediately
