Automatic Exchange of Information
The CRS (“Common Reporting Standard”) regulation, which is the OECD's standard for the automatic exchange of information, is based on the data related to the tax residence of our clients. Societe Generale Luxembourg favors the use of its self-certification tax residence form for any client.
You did not send us your self-certification? Your situation has changed since your last posting?
We would therefore be grateful if you could send us your tax residence self-certification. We draw your attention to the fact that the TIN (Tax Identification Number) must be communicated via this same form.
We invite you to contact your Client Services Manager for any questions on the topic.
Please note that you can find here the TIN leaflet, that precises where to find the TIN according to the country of tax residence of each client.
