Transaction Banking
The Corporate Banking and Cash Management team in Luxembourg serves domestic and international clients, and particularly financial institutions, medium and large companies with international and multinational activities that require flow management assistance for their banking, commercial, corporate flows and/or payment flow assistance. The business line offers a full and integrated range of solutions and services, leveraging the expertise of the Societe Generale group’s global Transaction Banking business lines; specifically, it covers the following activities:
- Opening multi-currency and multi-product accounts
- Multicurrency transactions + Forex rates for foreign currency
- Hard and Soft Pledge over bank accounts
- Transactions on Multimarket securities (listed/unlisted assets).
- Forex trades (spot/forward)
- Issuance of credit cards
- Online banking (Multiline, Global Cash, Swiftnet, SFTP..)
- Bank guarantees
Expertise and performances of the Corporate Banking and Cash Management team in Luxembourg contributes to Societe Generale group’s industry recognition. In 2023, for the 11th consecutive year, the Global Transaction Business was highly ranked and recognised by EMEA Finance’s. This was the sixth consecutive year that the Group received the Best Treasury Services in EMEA award.
