Currencies, commodities, derivatives, structured products on interest rates or indices, and other products such as real estate, private equity, art, and wine banking remain outside the scope of this policy.

However, in the interest of consistency and responsibility, Societe Generale Private Banking ensures that the sector‑based principles and exclusions defined in this investment policy also apply to securities pledged as collateral by its clients.
